Refund Policy

At Santhraz, we pledge our commitment to serving you with the best customer service possible! Sometimes hiccups do happen but we endeavour to always do our best. 

In case you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and looking to return or exchange your order, kindly contact our support team at santhrazcreation@gmail.com. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
• Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
• We do not issue returns for poor choices/wrong purchases.
• Damage to external packaging resulted from shipping or delivery is not considered a defect.
• Any items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
• Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
• Any item(s) purchased from www.santhraz.com during Clearance Sales or promotional campaign (e.g.Promotion sale, Festive sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C) is not eligible for return and exchange.
• You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please package the goods well to prevent damage and pilferage. We strongly recommended that you use a postal service that allows you to track your parcel & prevent losses. Santhraz will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to us receiving it.
• Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• Any refund will be refunded to your SanthrazCreation account wallet as store credits.
• There will be NO CASH REFUND allowed.
• Store credits can be used to make any purchases through www.santhraz.com
